Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

OrSlow ships to customers in a wide range of international destinations.
Available shipping methods and delivery services may vary depending on your location. If shipping is unavailable for your region, you will be informed during the checkout process before your order is completed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary according to your destination and the shipping method selected.
Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping (where available)
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
While we work closely with our shipping partners to deliver orders on time, all delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us because of:

- Delivery refusal
- Failure to collect the shipment
Additional shipping charges may be required to resend the package. Any refund issued may exclude the original shipping costs.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photographs of the package and the affected item(s)

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
