Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original tags and labels
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, customization, or promotional reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance merchandise
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without their original packaging or tags
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges in the following situations:
- You received the wrong size
- You received an incorrect item
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

- Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
How to Start a Return

- Carefully package the item and return it using a trackable shipping service.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds

If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to an incorrect shipment or a confirmed product defect, OrSlow will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been prepared for dispatch or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account or payment method
- Contacting your credit card company or payment provider
- Allowing additional processing time, as financial institutions may require several business days
